Overall a good place to host our family for a weekend away. Easy to get the a main road and head into Savannah or Tybee, nice separation of bedrooms. Highly fragrant smell throughout from use of plug-ins. If I owned this property, here are things I’d want someone to share with me: -Small conveniences such as hand soap in bathrooms, olive oil, small collection of spices, aluminum foil could go a long way. We wanted a full kitchen because we’ve been without ours (renovating) for 5 weeks and found that we had to purchase these. -The pillows are flat + uncomfortable. Could be replaced. -The air return and supplies are really dusty. Shower curtains need replacing. -The pots and pans are non-stick and scratched. The storage containers are older and plastic. Could upgrade to glass. -Tons of hair and grime in bathroom sink drain. -A day of a handyman to address basic things would make a huge difference in quality: drywall/trim in bathroom near shower, picture holes in walls.

My family and I enjoyed our say. The home was perfect and we would stay again.

The Turtle Pond Oasis was awesome! The home was so clean and well decorated. There were areas to lounge and hang out without the space feeling too cramped or cluttered. The bedrooms and bathrooms looked like the photos, they were so nice to stay in! Our favorite place was the porch, it was screened in but allowed for a few and way to enjoy the weather. The neighborhood felt safe and private, but was close to downtown and all the places we wanted to eat! I have already recommended this Airbnb to family, would definitely stay here again. The property was very clean inside and out. The surrounding area, shopping centers and immediate neighborhood is convenient and quiet. I could have been happy with just the backyard. The next time I go to Savannah I hope this house is available.

The property is in a great location near Tybee Island and the Historic District. The property was very clean and the communication with the property was great. Unfortunately it rained all weekend otherwise I would have loved to use the fire pit. It was great they had a selection of board games to play and we enjoyed spending time with our family. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the bedroom above the garage has a wall AC unit, but it did not have heat (at least that I could figure out). It was very cold so we weren't able to use that bedroom. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property.

My friends and I had a great weekend staying at Casey’s house. The house is furnished so comfortably and it was great to have use of a fire pit with plenty of seating in the evening. I really like how close by we were to downtown Savannah, just an easy less than 15 minute drive. Would definitely return.

The best Airbnb that I ever booked! I loved the fact that everything was as pictured!! Very spacious. Everything we needed was in the home. Plenty of parking for my daughter’s gathering. I was very pleased that everything I had a question about was in the description. Most importantly the host did not have a list of questions about personally things. Which made me comfortable that they trusted me in their home. I would definitely book again. The host was extremely helpful and nice.

This is a really nice house in a great location. Easy access to Savannah, and easy access to Tybee Island, you can't really beat the location! The backyard is awesome. The house is in a neighborhood with a busy street and a lot of traffic, even late at night – so it was pretty loud sleeping there especially for kids. If you are a night-owl, it's not an issue. Also, no secure internet available.

We had to run from hurricane Milton and the host was extremely accommodating and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Had a lot of amazing amenities, all the rooms were great and very comfortable, very clean with good appliances save for the garbage disposal and some smaller minor issues like the toilet paper holder and back door, The fire pit was great with plenty of wood that most places don’t provide which was really nice. We could have used some extra blankets for the person sleeping on the couch and there are a lot stairs for older pets to navigate but would definelty stay there again if traveling through Savanah

Amazing stay! Pics def matched home and it comfortably fit 7adults and 3 kids( our party) for our 1 day stay. Loved that they had a working grill so that we could cook out after the beach( which is legit the quickest 15 mins away from Airbnb). Would def recommend. Also would like to add that the host was quick to respond when we had to reach out for anything(which was once) and very easy to talk to.

This place was awesome for our family vacation. We really enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and spotless. The rooms are big and beautiful. Oh and the backyard/closed in porch was beautiful and relaxing. I will book again with Casey❤️

Very nice place in a very nice neighbourhood. 4 bedrooms and all the beds were comfortable. 2 bathrooms and good hot water. While we really enjoyed our stay it's better for couples. We were A group of 9, including sibling, adult children and teenage grands. '

It was a group of 10 staying in one house. We loved that it had two twin rooms, a master, and another queen sized room. We all managed to pick a room and sleep comfortably. The backyard was cute! The kids enjoyed the swings but what we all really enjoyed was the little pond. We sat outside on the porch grilled and watched the turtles swim in the pond. The location was great, Publix, and Walmart were close by. Not a far drive to Tybee Island or downtown Savannah! Casey was great at being responsive whenever we needed to get in touch. For our first time in Savannah, we all really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Thank you again!

The house easily accommodated our family for my daughter's graduation. The marsh, screened patio and fire pit were hits. Also, we were pleased that downtown Savannah was only about a fifteen minute drive from the house. Thanks for helping to make our celebration memorable.

We had booked the place for the memorial day weekend for 10 guests. Had a good impression of the place initially but as we settled in, we noticed a few things. The place has 2 bathrooms, one of which is very tiny and the shower curtains were not as clean as you'd like expect.. The bathtub was clogging. In the amenities it was mentioned that the place would have a working grill, skewers and oil.. We planned a BBQ on the trip and had brought everything with us except what was mentioned in the amenities. When we got started after a tiring day out we found that the place had no skewers and oil. Moreover the BBQ grill cylinder was over in 10 minutes and we couldn't continue. The host offered to get us the skewers but couldn't get the cylinder. The backyard is way smaller than what it appears in the pictures. Overall the host was responsive but could have been more welcoming and accommodating. The location is great.

We got to the house and ended up turning around and going back home. The situation was not as we expected. The house is nicely remodeled but the location is not great. Neighborhood not what we expected at all. When we arrived there were lots of cars and commotion at the house. Apparently the garage (which is full of owners stuff) would not close and they were trying to wedge the garage to secure the owner’s belongings. It was not a good start! I asked the owner to please refund any amount that she could and I was given $200 out of $1830. Not sure why we could not have received the pet fee back and some of the other fees since we did not stay.

I’m old school so text would have been better communication for me than email. I do not check email but everything was in email so that’s just minor petty cause the place was great. Theres nothing I can say about the place better than this will be our go to place when we return

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casey’s beautiful home! The location was fantastic, with stores conveniently close by and just a 15-minute drive to the beach. Casey was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. The home itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. However, there was a slight hiccup with the cleaning lady, who threatened to involve the police because we ran 30 minutes over our agreed check-out time, very RUDE, This was a bit unexpected and detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.

Absolutely gorgeous! Super clean and in a nice area close to a lot of things. Even better than the pictures! We loved it!!
