The house was clean and cute and the location was perfect -- right in between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island beach access. Big backyard, everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking, and comfy furnishings. We (family of 5) loved our stay!

Great place!

We booked this place because of its proximity to both the beach and Savannah. We chose it because the beach was our top priority, and we were looking for a family-friendly relaxing long weekend. The house itself was fine--it was as described. We live out-of-state and were completely unaware that the Orange Crush Festival was taking place during our stay. First night, there was massive police check-point trying to go to the beach. I looked up online what was going on, which is when I learned about the festival--it is large (an extra 30K-50K people) with hard partying and criminal activity (there's a video online of a 2023 robbery and beating of two beachgoers during this event, as one example). I respectfully requested a partial refund because my family decided to leave after 1 night. She refused. In 6 years, I've never had a negative experience on Airbnb before this one, but I would never book with her again.

The place was exactly as described and Casey was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay!

Casey was quick with her responses anytime i had to contact her about anything! She was a wonderful host and I would stay here again!

Overall, we loved the layout of the house. It had three bedrooms, which gave us our own individual space as well as plenty of seating in the living room and at the kitchen table. We loved the faith decorations as we too, are Christians and were encouraged by them. The backyard is nice and big however, more comfortable seating would be preferred. Especially for elderly people who are not able to get up and down from the adirondak chairs. It would also be preferable to have a TV in each of the guest rooms as there is only one in the master bedroom and in the living room. On the downside, the house was less than clean. Within the first 15 minutes of arriving, my aunt‘s dog found a shrimp tail and tried eating it. The dog has severe food allergies so this was very dangerous for her. Because of this, we ended up re-sweeping the living room and dining area, and there were lots of dust bunnies, dog hair (not ours as the dog hair seemed to be from a golden retriever and we have a Yorkie), old dog food and other dirt on the floor. I let the property manager know, and she said that she would address it with her cleaning crew. We enjoyed having Walmart and Publix, right around the corner and enjoyed eating at Jalapeños, which was also right around the corner. It’s a short 15 to 20 minute drive to the heart of Savannah and we loved walking around the Christmas market and River Street. We had a great time but because of the cleaning issues, we probably would not stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and very close to stores and downtown and river. Nice backyard and fire pit. Will definitely try to come back again 😊

Exceptional Host throughout the process even before check-in.Close to Tybee beach which I wanted and Publix and dollar tree.Nice neighborhood in a quiet subdivision ,The house was family friendly had lots of items need for grooming and bathing.The kitchen had almost everything need for cooking or preparing a full course meal.Including pots and pans and utensils.I could go on for hours just was a great stay would definitely rent again.

The Airbnb was great and close enough to Savannah only thing was the instructions had a decent amount of chores to do before you left even though you are made to pay a 135 dollar cleaning fee

Casey was a wonderful host who cared. The house was perfect for what we needed it to be. Located right in between Savannah and Tybee Island. Would definitely rent it again and will recommend to friends for sure!

Place was dusty and dirty, grill was all rusted, coffee pot was nasty (both were replaced and I had to put the grill together in order to use it. Backyard was all mud/sand, no mats to wipe feet, the patio is not connected to roof so water runs down and concrete/rug stays wet. The only cleaning supplies was a broom with no dustpan. Bathrooms had mold, place needs a complete update other than appliances which seemed new. Kitchen was well stocked.
