June 2024 4.00There was some hair on the beds like they weren’t really clean and when they sent the rules for checkout to not take the sheets off the bed, that clarified that they most likely do not clean all of the bedding after each stay. Other than that, they were very responsive and made us feel very welcome. They even offered to help host a party for us. We were here on business so didn’t need it but it was very nice and I know a lot of people would probably enjoy that extra perk for their stay.
